Individualised Sessions
Treatment sessions are tailored to each individual and Myotherapy treatments can include – deep tissue massage, sports massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping and Rocktape taping Jo will determine the most suitable techniques and you may even have a preferred technique that Jo can focus the majority of the session on.
